Terms of Service

Last updated: [date]

These terms are the agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("GoodDay") for the GoodDay Rewards Android app and this website. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who can use GoodDay

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a contract, and using the app for yourself. One account per person. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your login. Give us accurate details — a wrong payout email can mean points we cannot pay out — and tell us at [support@…] if your account is compromised.

3. Earning points

4. Redeeming

Rewards start at [$5]. Redemptions are paid to the account or address you give us; check it before you submit, because payments sent to the wrong address cannot be recalled. Some redemptions are reviewed before payment, usually within [N] business days. Points do not expire while your account is in good standing [confirm: or state the expiry rule].

5. What gets an account closed

We may suspend or close an account, and cancel unredeemed points, if we find:

Where the facts are unclear we contact you first and give you a chance to respond. [Confirm appeal process before publishing.]

6. Changes to the app or these terms

We may change, add or discontinue features. If we make a material change to these terms we will notify you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use GoodDay after that means you accept the new version. If we discontinue the service, we will give you a reasonable window to redeem the points you have already earned.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using GoodDay and close your account at any time in the app or by writing to us. We keep records as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the value of the points in your account at the time of the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived. [Counsel to confirm limitation-of-liability, warranty and arbitration wording for the US states you serve.]

9. Resolving disputes

Write to [support@…] first — most problems get fixed there. [Governing law, venue and any arbitration/class-action waiver clause.]
